  • 100 g (3.5 oz) of bacon bits
  • 1 bag of mixed greens like mesclun

For the dressing:

  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, etc.)

Instructions
