The tuna bread recipe, is a perfect one for the brunch, as it’s fresh, and could accommodate any kind of your guests. Indeed, it’s a gluten-free recipe easy to prepare and all above it’s a very healthy one combining protein, vegetables and herb.
I like doing a lot this recipe, which is always very welcomed by my guest. Sometimes I’m adding a little sauce with that you could prepare by yourself, or not;-)

. 📝RECIPE 📝 –
-500 g natural tuna ( 4 cans)
-1 bunch of parsley
-2 lemon juice
-6 tablespoons of capers
-3 tablespoons mustard
-1 small can of tomato puree
-4 tablespoons of fresh cream
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C- 340°
1. Drain the tuna and crumble it. Thinly and roughly chop the parsley.
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them.
3. Add the mustard, heavy cream and tomato puree.
4. Add the crumbled tuna, capers and parsley. Add salt and pepper.
Mix the whole.
5. Butter a cake pan.
Pour your preparation and bake at 160° Celsius – 330 °F for about 1 hour.
Serve with a salad or a ratatouille.
You never have to follow a recipe to the letter, you can modify it, add more than one ingredient or less than another. You could be flexible for this easy recipe.
Sauce recipe : a little can of concentrated tomatoes with a smashed garlic glove and olive oil.
