I have a solution for you. It’s a recipe that is not only very quick to make, but it’s also very healthy. So it’s a magic recipe.

-3 tablespoons of cottage cheese
-3 teaspoons of jam
-3 tablespoons of crushed Biscoff biscuits

You must add all these ingredients in an individual glass in order to make a nice presentation.

Speculoos Lotus, the biscuit but also the cream: so yummy

For the cottage cheese, I chose a low calorie, diet one. If you have trouble finding it, you can substitute it with Greek yoghurt.

As for the speculoos biscuits, you can replace them with any other cake you like. They can be Mc Vities or even Oreo. The cookie you like or the one you have left in the cupboard will be the perfect cookie for your recipe.

As for the jam, it depends on my mood. Sometimes I make it strawberry, other times blueberry, or even apricot.I don’t have any special instructions in the jam’s chose you have to choose the one you like the most or the only one you have in your fridge.

It’s a very easy recipe but also very free because each ingredient can be substituted by another one.
In my cupboards, I always have some speculoos crumble and another box with crushed Oreo. So whatever happens, I can make this recipe in less than 3 minutes.
Be a professional chef, always be ready to treat your friends, even at the last minute, because you are just trained by a French chef!
