2 avocados
1 can of tuna in oil
½ red onion
1 can of sweet corn
Pepper
Salt

How to make this healthy salad in some minutes?
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
Cut the flesh into slices.
Peel and chop onion.
Mix well.
Then add the drained corn
Finally, add the tuna in oil, which has not been drained, as the oil in it will be used as a base for the seasoning.
