I love creating cakes and the best cake ever is one of my creations in which I mix the best of your favourite cakes. So that way, I will give you the recipe of your favourite cake
Moreover, this pastry can be declined in many variations. You can make it with chocolate or even Nutella or cream of speculoos for the gourmets, but you can also make it with fruits, and all fruits, without restriction.
This is a recipe I make using mascarpone. It is indeed a very creamy cheese that can also be tasted on sweet flavours. I think it’s much better than Philadelphia or creme fraiche.
I admit that in terms of calories, it’s not very light, but that’s not the worst either, is it? Moreover in France, we are used to saying in this kind of context: where there is a gene, there is no pleasure!

So, let’s go to the basic ingredients of this best cake ever:
Ingredients:
-1 big jar of mascarpone: 500g
-100 g of sugar ( 1/2 cup )
-Vanilla extract
-1 packet of oreo
-150 g of butter ( 9TBS)
Preparation:
You must first break the Oreos. You can do this with a blender, or you leave the cakes in the cool bag and beat them to break them.
Melt the butter and add it to the cookies. The goal is to make the pie crust with this mixture.
In a mould with springform pour your preparation on it and give it the shape of your mould.
After this first preparation, you have to make the batter. For beginning pour in a bowl, in general, I use the same recipient in which I crush the cakes because the small crumbs that remain are beneficial to the preparation of the cake, the mascarpone, the eggs and the sugar. Then mix all these ingredients together. Now it’s time to choose the flavor. It should be your favorite flavor. Think about it for a few seconds and tell me, or rather write it down 😉
Here I give you a recipe with red fruits.
So I add in the preparation some tablespoons of berries jam and I reserve for the decoration the fresh fruits.
If you decide that Nutella will be your favorite flavor, I advise you to put vanilla in the paste. Either fresh vanilla or vanilla extract.
If you prefer the cream of Speculoos: as well called Biscoff cream in the US, as for Nutella, it is vanilla that you should associate with this taste. However, I advise you to use Speculoos cookies rather than Oreo cookies.
For all fruit flavors, you should use either the jam of the same fruit or some fresh fruit cut into very small pieces.
When you make your pastry, you can use any cookie you like, I always advise you to use your own preferred cake that you are cutting to pieces.
When I make this strawberry or raspberry cookies, I always use a cookie with this flavor, I find that it really enhances the taste of my recipe.
Now it’s ready to be cooked.
In a preheated oven you need to cook it around 45 min until the top start to be brown. When you will put a knife inside of the dough it needs to be dry when you will remove it.
Do not unmould the cake just after you finished to cook it as it’s very creamy consistency, it’s better to wait for your cake to cool down.
When the preparation has cooled down, you can take it out of your removable-bottomed mould. If you take it out too soon, it will be very liquid inside.
However, I put the Nutella or Speculoos cream (Biscuitt cream) when the cake is hot because this way it will melt very quickly on it and will be easier to spread than when it is cold.
