Emma’s bed and breakfast Nice

They charge 440 eur for door opening because they dont have spare key and they dont provide clear rules about key return.
They charge us 63... read more eur for broken decoration which was already broken at check in!
There are plenty of things broken, be aware!
We were very upset with rule to be quiet (I mean, real quiet) all day through. Place has sensitive, intolerant, grumpy neighbors. They knocked for every little noise which made our stay very unpleasant. We are frequent traveller but never met such attitude.
Other aspect to consider. There are private belongings everywhere, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen. You cant see that in photos unfortunately. Even underwear!!!

The location is wonderful, a short walk to everything you need and in a beautiful traditional apartment block that doesn’t feel... read more ‘touristy’. The apartment is so spacious and very homely. A beautiful sense of style and well thought out. It is her personal home but she clears ample space for your things and it is extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend this amazing apartment!
