Studio Bright Renovated Near The Sea And Center

As other reviewers have mentioned, the loft... read more room has a very windy stairwell, so be careful! We left most of our luggage downstairs which worked fine.

During our stay, one day was extremely hot and humid. The loft room was unbearable for sleeping so we turned on the air conditioning. The fan worked great, yet no cooling. As a result, one of us braved the loft while another opted for the sofa in the living room where it was much cooler. Our second night was better and the space was fine for sleeping. Of course, we made our host aware and hope the A/C is fixed fast for the next guests since it’s July!

The apartment is on the fifth floor and there is a lift. It’s located in a good neighborhood for walking about Nice.
